A PLEDGE TO GIVE WOMEN DIRECTORS A VOICE IN ADVERTISING
The whole corporate world needs to fix its diversity issue – because it’s the right thing to do, but also because it’s a good idea for business. If creativity can be described as “thinking outside the box,” then it would seem obvious that diversity would only increase creativity. Embracing multiple genders, races, sexual orientations… all of these are important because they help to make companies and brands more creative, empathetic and representative of their customers and of society at large.

Creative Mentor Network is a London-based charity that works directly with schools across London to connect talented young people from diverse backgrounds with those working in the creative industries.
Our mission is to make the creative world of work more inclusive.
Over our 16 week Mentor Development Programme, we train industry professionals as effective mentors and people managers. With our support, companies sponsor their employees to play an active part in developing themselves and diversifying the industry at the same time.

Hellavision Television Animation Show is a series of episodic experimental animation screenings and zines. Screenings are held quarterly, free to the public. Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate. Artists are encouraged to create work as quick as possible and without self-judgement.
